- Although not a conventional candidate, Taiwan knows how to lead, is a scholar, a renowned lawyer, and has a passion for fighting for what’s right. As a young man, Taiwan studied economics and law and spent time in jail because he stood up for human rights, equality, and social justice for ALL irrespective of tribe, religion, and class.
- On Friday, 28 January 2022 Tiawan finished a 3-year term as President of the Liberian National Bar Association, and his time as the association president is marked by exceptional unity and achievements that resulted in greater transparency, inclusion, fiscal stability, and organizational efficiency.
- Today, both community leaders and ordinary citizens from all over Liberia are coming together and are very excited that Tiawan has agreed to run for president, providing Liberians an urgent alternative to the ruling interests, to the incumbent who Liberia’s people and its allies have all recognized is only interested in his own self-interests and self-enrichment over the interests and basic needs of Liberia and over the welfare of all Liberians
